Taggart Update on Farming Access

The CSCA has received the following update from Michelle Taggart:
The long-term farming access for the property will be on Anderson Road. There is an existing culvert that was used for farming the property throughout the 20th century. We will be upgrading it to fit the farming equipment.
We have the required approval from the City. The location is shown on the attached and the work will happen next week.
you may have been given the required approval from the city but just remember the Carlsbad Springs community will hold you to your promise of agricultural land (cough cough) Perhaps add a nice farmers market to sell the produce. 🙄
